Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at salomemaarekstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging,
accompanied by all accessories and documents supplied. Return shipping
costs are at the customer's expense. If products are not returned within 10
days of notification of withdrawal, you will not be reimbursed for your purchase.
19. Warranty
Jewelry is not covered by the standard warranty in the event of breakage or wear caused by mishandling by the customer. This includes, in particular:

Accidental breakage of the jewelry,

Loss or opening of rings,

Broken clasps or any other damage resulting from personal use.
In the event of such an accident or breakage, the customer is responsible for the repair or replacement of the jewelry, as these situations are not the responsibility of the seller.
Some products may benefit from an optional premium commercial warranty, which provides additional coverage, including certain repairs not included in the standard warranty (such as clasp replacement or ring adjustment). The terms and price of this premium warranty are specified in the product description.
Optional Premium Commercial Warranty
Some Salomé Stones jewelry items may benefit from an optional premium commercial warranty, in addition to the 1-year legal warranty. This premium warranty provides extra protection against normal wear and includes certain repairs not covered by the standard warranty, such as replacement or adjustment of clasps and rings.
Duration: 1 additional year (or as specified in the product description).
What is covered:

Normal wear of the stone or jewelry.

Repairs including clasps, rings, and polishing.
What is not covered:

Accidental breakage due to mishandling (drops or loss).

Exposure to hot or salty water, or chemical products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 10 days, for any reason and without a justification.
